Job description

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support their market team by building relationships and optimizing client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize client programs while creating strategic account plans for satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive revenue growth through upsells and renewals

Lead data-driven business reviews and provide insights to enhance client understanding and decision-making

Required Qualifications

3+ years of consultative account management experience with mid-market customers

Proven success in SaaS, martech, adtech, or digital platform account management

Strong data analysis skills, with experience in business intelligence tools preferred

Bachelor's degree in business

Experience in lead generation or digital demand generation marketing is a plus
