Work Style : Remote

Pay : The expected hiring range for this position is from $100,000 - $115,000 year plus additional bonus opportunity. The stated hiring range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs.

JOB SUMMARY

The Underwriting Divisional Manager supports the divisional Underwriting Team. This position requires excellent communication and strong organizational skills to lead and assist the division's Underwriters in their roles.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

Years of Related Experience : 5 years mortgage experience and 3 years of management experience.

Licenses / Certifications : Direct Endorsement (DE); Staff Appraisal Reviewer / Lender Appraisal Processing Program (SAR / LAPP)
