Professional Skills / Experience

• Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures
• Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints
• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier investment bank and / or consulting firm
• 2+ years of Private Equity experience required
