Production Lead •2nd Shift

Overview

POM Wonderful is the largest grower and producer of fresh pomegranates and pomegranate juice in the United States, with nearly two million pomegranate trees in Central California.

What our Arils Production Lead will do

The Production Lead for the Arils department is responsible for overseeing the finished goods palletizing and completion of orders, ensuring hourly case count is met. Must be able to read and follow the run plan. Must be able to train and coach returning and new employees on equipment and process in assigned areas. Arils leads are responsible for having all the employees in their area always following the GMPs and safety rules. Must be responsible, courteous, and professional in all their communications with employees. Inform the supervisor of any issues with any employees.

• Follow all GMP, Food Safety & Company policies.
• Must be able to follow written and or verbal instructions.
• Be responsible for the company supplied items.
• Responsible to notify the supervisor of any issues arising regarding safety, harassment, or attendance issues.
• Must be able to operate safely around moving equipment such as extraction, fillers, and moving conveyors.
• Track all the finished goods being shipped.
• Must be able to read run plan.
• Must be able to train new employees in their assigned work area.

Compensation

Compensation Range : $23.00 - $28.00
