Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to our organization’s Financial Sales Representatives and Brokers throughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes. This role supports the company’s financial vision, mission, and values by supporting sales initiatives, maintaining relationships with customers and providing assistance to other employees.

What you will do :

• Process requests for proposals (RFPs) and sold cases, ensuring necessary documents are in good order.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to provide accurate proposals to our brokers.
• Create enrollment materials.
• Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to departmental projects.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
