The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to our OneAmerica Financial Sales Reps and Brokersthroughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes.

What you will do : Process requests for proposals (RFPs) and sold cases, ensuring necessary documents are in good order Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to provide accurate proposals to our brokers Create enrollment materials Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are achieved Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements :

Contribute to departmental projects

Create and maintain process documentation

What you will need :

High School Diploma or Equivalent required 2+ years of Group Life and / or Disability work experience 2+ years in an Operations or Customer Service role Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
