The Position
We are seeking an Entry-Level Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.
This full-time, non-exempt position and is expected to work out of our Baltimore office . The standard schedule is 38 hours per week, with hours from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM on Fridays, with flexibility to work a hybrid-remote schedule after 90 days of successful employment in good-standing with the firm.
Responsibilities
- Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- E-filing with various court systems.
- Document recording.
- Maintain client and case files.
- Correspond with and update clients.
- Maintain filing / document system.
- Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
- Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
- Prepare reports for attorney(s).
Qualifications
