A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst (Finance).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone or email and manage client issues using a ticketing system
Troubleshoot and analyze complex customer issues related to financial software, providing necessary training and support
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to report on product enhancements and malfunctions
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years' experience as a Support Analyst or in a SaaS support role
Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or relevant field, or two (2) additional years of relevant experience
Experience working with SaaS products
Knowledge of database structures
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases under pressure
