Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is currently seeking a contract Employment Paralegal to support one of our prestigious LAW FIRM clients for a HYBRID assignment in New York City .

In this role, the Employment Paralegal will be responsible for :

• Pleadings, discovery requests, documents, filings and other general Paralegal tasks.
• Perform legal research to support case strategy, draft responses, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support internal investigations related to attorney demand letters, administrative charges of discrimination, and other employment-related legal matters. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and coordinating with external counsel.
• Draft legal and business documents, including standardized templates, cease and desist letters, company policies, and formal responses to administrative agencies and government investigations.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks such as organizing legal files, maintaining litigation calendars, tracking disputes, processing legal invoices, and compiling litigation reports to identify patterns and trends.
