Position Summary

The Event Coordinator will focus on planning, and execution. This role involves working closely with clients to design and deliver exceptional events while ensuring every detail runs smoothly. From corporate team-building sessions to birthday parties and private events, you will be the go-to person for creating exceptional group experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

• Once event is booked, assist sales team in coordination of catering, confirmations, and answering basic questions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients once deposit is taken, up until the day of their event.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and staff) to ensure seamless event execution.
