Job Responsibilities

• Create Custom Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide instruction to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress at home.
• Document Patient Progress : Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
