Job descriptionFoster and manage strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth objectives. Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within a similar industry. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong financial acumen and business development capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Team player. Significant portable book of business. Areas of particular interest are insurance and construction litigation, commercial real estate and finance, tax, antitrust, and corporate transactional / M&A / private equity.
