A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Analytics - Prostate Cancer.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance sales and market access offerings by developing insights from data and shaping field strategy
Create compelling insights presentations for stakeholders and adapt communication styles as needed
Manage strategic KPIs and metrics for field leadership business reviews and support finance forecasting processes
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master's)
Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
Experience in sales analytics, particularly with SQL, is preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHA, MMIT / DRG)
Proven success in developing analyses using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview)
