The Gist of It As a Full-Time Line Cook at FatCats, your role is to create and prepare meals that amaze our guests. You'll follow recipes, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. A Day in the Life of a Line Cook Your day begins with a team check-in to set goals and review tasks. During your shift, you'll prepare meals, ensure food safety standards are met, and keep your workspace organized. You'll work with a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen team to deliver delicious food promptly. During slower moments, you'll help with prep, cleaning, and maintaining equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Schedule We're busiest when our guests are having fun, so nights, weekends, and holiday are part of the job. However, we value work-life balance and will work with you to accommodate your availability.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of one year of line cooking experience.
• Possess a food handler's permit before starting.
• Commitment to following recipes and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized work area.
