Key Responsibilities
Oversee U.S. payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Administer and optimize U.S. employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and terminations
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of HR experience with full ownership of end-to-end HR operations
Proven experience with multi-state U.S. payroll and payroll tax compliance
Hands-on experience with benefits administration and leave management
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Experience handling employee relations and investigations
