Ratios :

Days / Evenings : 1 : 5 (may stretch to 1 : 6–7)

Nights : 1 : 6–7 (may stretch to 1 : 8–10 if staff calls in)

Support Staff :

PCTs available on all units for vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs, and ADLs

In-house phlebotomy team handles all peripheral lab draws; nurses are responsible for PICC and central line draws

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience

First-time travelers accepted : Yes

Certifications : BLS

On-call : No

Weekends : Every other weekend required

Floating : Yes, within scope and between like units as needed

Block scheduling : Facility will try to accommodate but not guaranteed

Locas : Not accepted (must reside at least 75 miles away)

Pending license : Not accepted
