Role Overview

Reporting to theVP, Marketing, thePartner Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies across Binary Streams partner ecosystem including resellers and Microsoft System Integrators. You will build and nurture relationships with key partners to deliver joint marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and enablement for Binary Streams solutions.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will influence every stage of the partner journey, from recruitment and onboarding to pipeline acceleration and long-term success, ensuring that partners are empowered to position and sell Binary Stream offerings effectively.

What You Will Do

Partner Strategy & Campaigns

• Design and execute partner marketing initiatives that align with revenue objectives and strengthen our partner network.
• Collaborate with resellers and Microsoft System Integrators to plan and launch co-branded campaigns, webinars, and digital events.
• Align closely with partner sales leadership to support channel priorities and accelerate growth.

At Binary Stream, we recognize the importance of competitive compensation. We benchmark annually against Canadas tech sector to ensure our salary ranges remain current and compelling.

Base Salary Hiring Range : $83,000 - $99,600 CAD

This range reflects the starting compensation for new hires in a full-time capacity. Final offers are based on experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered.

Annual Performance-Based Bonus :

Employees are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus that reflects both individual performance and company-wide results.
