Registered Nurse (Hybrid) - Pulmonary

Job Description Job Description We are hiring an RN for our Pulmonary Clinic at the Plaza location!!Flexible, HYBRID position! Nurses are allowed to work 4 rotating 10 hour shifts each week with one of these working from home!Our Practice serves patients with Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep diagnoses, including advanced Interventional Pulmonary procedures.All RN Candidates for SLPG must have both a MO and a KS (or multi-state) RN license to be considered!- In the clinic setting, RNs provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.- They are responsible for telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care including scheduling emergent need patient appointments, identification of learning needs for patients and families, injections / medication administration, phlebotomy, assisting physician with clinic procedures, support for our Zephyr Valve Program, as well as other duties based on clinic need. - The RN assigns tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice and serves as a subject matter expert for patient education, care and testing.- The RN will be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously while demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.- May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant job duties, LPN job duties, or other office duties as needed.
