Job descriptionMid-level $60-75k salary + commission Senior level $90-100k salary + commission Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue sales opportunities for building automation and HVAC control systems. Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Proven experience (3+ years) in building automation, temperature control, or HVAC systems sales. Strong understanding of DDC, BAS, and HVAC control systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a proven ability to close deals. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout East Michigan. Competitive base salary plus commission. Company vehicle or allowance. Comprehensive benefits package.
