Mid-level $60-75k salary + commissionSenior level $90-100k salary + commissionPosition Overview :
Responsible for driving sales growth across the East Michigan region. You’ll build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners to promote customized automation solutions that meet their building’s needs.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Identify and pursue sales opportunities for building automation and HVAC control systems.Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to customer needs.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.Qualifications :
Proven experience (3+ years) in building automation, temperature control, or HVAC systems sales.Strong understanding of DDC, BAS, and HVAC control systems.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a proven ability to close deals.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout East Michigan.Why Join Us :
