Your Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day operations focusing on equipment service, distribution, and storage activitiesMonitor and analyze performance data, identify areas needing improvement, and develop strategies to optimize operationsMonitor and assure compliance in areas including safety / health / environmental, State Code requirements and Federal Regulations, including DOT and Hours of ServiceCoach, motivate and energize the Service and Delivery teams which includes monitoring employee performance, implementing individual development plans / activities and initiating / coordinating trainingManage the vehicle fleet which includes coordinating vehicle preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensingExperience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiativesYour Skills :

Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in industry related management preferred
