Gas Station Construction Manager
Trueline is seeking a Gas Station Construction Manager to join their team in New England. This role will oversee multiple field crews and manage the installation of fuel systems across various projects. What You'll Do as the Construction Manager :
- Lead and mentor field teams in the construction and servicing of petroleum fuel systems
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site visits for safety audits, quality control, and client communication
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Support preconstruction planning and bid development
- Enforce industry standards and safety regulations
- Identify training needs and support team certification efforts
- Evaluate and maintain field equipment and track project productivity
Must-Haves as the Construction Manager :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience3-5 years of supervisory experience in petroleum system construction or related industriesProven track record managing fuel system installations and construction projectsFamiliarity with petroleum-related codes and environmental compliance requirementsStrong leadership and team-building skillsAbility to interpret technical documentation and site drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareValid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the regionNice-To-Haves as the Construction Manager :
