Texas Licensed Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products

Build rapport with borrowers and ensure a seamless transaction by collaborating with the operations team

Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain pre-established KPIs

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a related field

High school diploma required

Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations

Familiarity with regulatory and legal compliance obligations in the industry

Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
