Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for program services and operational issues

Oversee program development, implementation, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements

Analyze program processes for efficiency improvements and manage project development from initiation to closure

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field (required); advanced degree preferred

5-7 years of experience in a healthcare-related field

4 years of experience in account management within a healthcare context

Experience with third-party vendors and managing contractual agreements

Proven track record in managing projects from initiation to closure and preparing client-facing presentations
