Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot complex issues and enhance user experience for clients
Provide technical support to internal and external clients across various environments
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in supporting multi-tiered enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and internet technologies
Strong knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
Experience with SOAP and REST-based web services
