Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Development Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will prepare accurate and competitive bids for earthwork, utilities, roadway, and infrastructure projects. The Estimator analyzes plans, specifications, and geotechnical data; performs detailed quantity takeoffs; solicits and evaluates subcontractor and vendor pricing; and develops complete cost proposals that align with project scope, schedule, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates our core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to determine scope of work.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates for earthwork, utilities, and site development projects.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure complete coverage and competitive pricing.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare bid packages, proposals, and supporting documentation for management review.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field operations to ensure a smooth handoff from bid to construction.
• Track market trends, labor rates, and material costs to maintain current and competitive pricing.
