Inside Sales Representative
Southeastern Equipment is searching for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE in Dublin, Ohio! Bring your skills to Southeastern and we will provide : excellent compensation, full benefits package and additional opportunities for promotion.
Job Summary : The Inside Sales representative provides Southeastern customers with a world class sales experience designed to ensure customer success.
Duties include :
- Cold calling leads
- Generating, creating, and qualifying leads
- Immediately answers customer inquiries at the counter, by phone, or email
- Working with sales and rental representatives to fulfill equipment requests
- Finding equipment, creating contracts, documenting and confirming delivery details
- Follows all Southeastern Equipment contract, billing, invoicing and trucking procedures
- Uses Salesforce, Excel and other available technologies to create efficiencies in the sales process
- Collaborating with operations, rents, and accounting to ensure the completeness of all billing, paperwork and contractual agreements
- Creates and maintains accurate files
- Coordinating trucking
- Working with service and yard personnel to ensure equipment is clean, prepped and ready for delivery
- Any other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and the ability to listen carefully
- Able to adjust work pacing during peak periods to meet demand
- Obsessively organized coupled with the ability to multi task
- Technical proficiency with any windows based software programs such as : Salesforce or other CRM, proprietary software, and Microsoft Office
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a calculator
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus
Inside Sales Representatives will be paid a base salary plus incentives and have access to a full benefits package including : medical, dental, vision, critical illness insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and wellness benefits
