Cloud Architect

Trillium is looking for a Cloud Architect!

Cloud Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud environments, particularly within large-scale healthcare settings. This role will be instrumental in driving secure, scalable, and integrated cloud strategies to support enterprise-wide data and application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions (primarily Azure).
• Ensure integration with on-prem systems and EHR platforms (e.g., Meditech).
• Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams on data security, performance, and compliance.
• Support HL7 / FHIR integration between cloud platforms and hospital systems.
