Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Commercial Loan Officer at Creative Commercial Group. The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with commercial real estate financing, including sourcing new loans , underwriting and evaluating loan applications, assessing financial risks, and providing financial advice to clients.
The Commercial Loan Officer will also work with Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Commercial Loan Officer
- Strong finance and underwriting skills
- Knowledge of loan processes and regulations
- Experience with Small Business Administration (SBA) loans
- California Real Estate License (CA RE LIC)
