Customer And Client Experience Optimization Lead

This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA. No relocation is offered.

We are seeking a results-driven Customer and Client Experience Optimization lead to join our team. In this role, you will bridge customer experience with data analytics by identifying, sizing, and resolving customer and client pain points. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the customer journey, supporting business cases and prioritizing initiatives that drive satisfaction and growth across business segments.

Key roles and responsibilities include :

  • Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
  • Customer Journey and Experience Management : Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer AT&T products and features at the right times.
  • Technology and Innovation : Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning. Drive platform technology enhancements to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure that supports seamless customer experiences.
  • Data Analytics and Optimization : Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies.

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. Five+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
