We are a high-volume, fast-paced Chevrolet dealership looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. We take pride in delivering an exceptional service experience from the moment the customer drives in until the keys are handed back — every time .

What You’ll Do
Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Perform thorough walk-arounds and document vehicle concerns.
Present services and maintenance recommendations clearly and confidently.
Communicate throughout the repair process with timely updates.
Work closely with technicians and parts to dispatch and manage workflow.
Deliver a seamless pickup process and ensure every customer feels valued.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Chevrolet / GM experience is a plus).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build relationships and earn trust.
Knowledge of repair order processes, multipoint inspection workflow, and upsell best practices.
Comfortable in a high-volume environment.
