Responsibilities :

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve service department goals.
Qualifications :
