On Monday, you're building strategic account plans for three new enterprise customers who just signed - mapping their organizations, identifying expansion champions, and designing onboarding sequences that set the stage for growth from day one. Tuesday, you're taking a C-suite champion to dinner in Midtown, deepening the relationship that will unlock budget for firm-wide expansion. Wednesday finds you collaborating with Solutions Engineering to deliver flawless onboarding for those new accounts - ensuring technical implementation drives adoption across multiple departments. Thursday, you're analyzing customer feedback and usage data, then adjusting your approach to accelerate adoption and justify that upcoming expansion conversation. Friday, you're running a company-wide webinar for your biggest client, showcasing new capabilities to 200+ employees while positioning the expansion that unlocks your first $1m+ account.

The Opportunity
You'll be our first dedicated Enterprise Account Manager in the US, owning relationships that start at six figures and scale to seven. Leveraging your deep experience and US market knowledge, you will develop our existing framework to drive our American expansion, while also enhancing our global strategies.
