Maintenance Technician

TITLE : Master Tradesman-Master Repairer

DEPARTMENT : Maintenance-Plant Production-Union UAW Local 12

REPORTS TO : Operations Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on machinery / equipment, inspections, and Lubrication.
• Alterations and new machine / equipment installations.
• Mechanical equipment troubleshooting, repair, parts replacement.
• Electrical (110V and 220V) troubleshooting and repair.
• Utilities distribution, in plant electrical-wiring, conduit, plumbing, piping, ductwork.
• Dust Collection Systems maintenance and improvements.
• General welding for fabrication, mig / tig / stick and torching.
• Use of maintenance equipment for repairs of fabrication.
