The Karrmann Library is seeking a full-time Public Services Librarian to coordinate Reference and Digital Literacy Support and oversee Circulation services. This position will develop and maintain systems for supporting students, provide direct reference and digital literacy assistance, and supervise both professional and student staff in the Circulation department.

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain systems and processes that provide reference and digital / AI literacy support to university students.
• Provide direct reference and digital / AI literacy assistance to students through consultations and online resources.
• Maintain an on-demand classroom presentation service for instructors who request Reference and Digital Literacy instruction.
• Oversee day-to-day Circulation Desk functions including circulation of materials, stack maintenance and general upkeep of public spaces of the library.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate Circulation staff, including student employees.

Requirements : Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. A criminal background check is required for employment. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the U.S. at time of hire.
