About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Profession : Nursing

Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12 or 13

Experience : 5 years as an RN required; inpatient psychiatric experience within the last 3 months is mandatory.

License : Must be eligible to obtain a state nursing license.

Certifications : BLS (AHA) required; CPI certification preferred.

Must-Have :

Must be comfortable and experienced working with children.

Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts.

Children's psychiatric / behavioral health experience must be clearly listed in the resume.

Description :

This position involves working with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.

Utilize the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.

Provide clinical supervision to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.

The treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues.

The Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment designed to promote healing and recovery.

The role includes providing high-quality interventions and education necessary for successful recovery.
