Role description :

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Industrial architecture team contributing to a range of high-profile data center and mission critical this role youll oversee the architectural design and technical development ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality innovation and functionality.

Role accountabilities :

• Lead the production and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phasesfrom Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
• Oversee the development and integration of design solutions ensuring compliance with codes standards and regulations
• Manage multiple projects providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent quality standards and client objectives
• Collaborate closely with clients consultants contractors and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
• Monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $100000 - $140000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
