Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for field technicians
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Provide product or service information and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
