Albuquerque Heights seeks an Assistant Business Office Manager with experience in Accounts Payable!

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule

Responsibilities

The Accounting Clerk assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, imprest accounts and resident trust accounts.

Who You Are

• Capable of using standard office equipment and have basic computer skills.
• Able to interpret / apply departmental procedures.
• Trustworthy to handle confidential information.
• Willing to successfully participate in the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the business department.
• Proficient in building positive working relationships to interact with personnel, patients / residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public.
