Job Description Summary

CCC is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates to fill various customer service positions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our call centers are staffed with skilled and dedicated professionals who can provide outstanding customer service. You will be given the opportunity to make a difference here at CCC by helping to partner with our Business Leaders as they look to hire great talent.

Job Duties

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
• Administer assessments, tests, and other evaluation tools to determine candidates' skills and suitability for customer service roles.
• Create and post job listings on relevant job boards, our career website, as well as other recruitment channels.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and preferences.
• Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and initial training coordination.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service recruiting experience.
• Demonstrable experience handling a high volume of roles and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a team environment and solve complex problems.
• Relationship-building experience
• High attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work with remote team members and cross-functional teams in a collaborative fashion to ensure success and produce results.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency, and client commitment
