Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Previous Employment Requirements : MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date

Required Skills / Experience Experience working in larger hospital (200 beds min), level 2 or higher trauma center

Preferred Skills / Experience : Experience with surgical oncology patients preferred

Required Credentials : Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Equipment Used on Unit : AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, Phillips monitors, Telemetry

Unit / Facility Details : 47 bed department

MS patients and Surgical Oncology patients.

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements : Home unit 5SE but can float to any med / surg unit on any campus.

Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society location as well.
