Job descriptionEvaluate patient conditions by reviewing medical histories, listening to concerns, and conducting chiropractic exams Analyze posture, spine alignment, reflexes, and muscle function Perform provocative orthopedic tests and take X-rays (X-ray license is a plus) Provide neuromusculoskeletal treatments, including manual and / or instrument-assisted adjustments Oversee chiropractic assistants who perform adjunctive therapies (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat / cold therapy) Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and sleep habits to support long-term wellness Refer patients to in-house acupuncture, massage therapy, or outside medical professionals as needed A team-focused, collaborative work environment Weekly performance-based bonuses Steady patient flow from cross-referrals Support staff to assist with patient care Modern equipment and treatment space Opportunities for continued learning and growth Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited program Licensed (or license-eligible) in California Excellent communicator who works well in a team setting Enthusiastic about integrative, holistic patient care
