As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through your strong presence. What You'll Do :

Manage access control processes at the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for visitors, employees, and vendors.

Provide customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with directions, and offering information as needed.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor security-related systems such as surveillance cameras and access control systems, reporting any irregularities or suspicious activities.

Assist with emergency response activities, including directing occupants and coordinating with emergency personnel as required.

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
