Warehouse Operations Oversight: Monitor overall operations of the general warehouse, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans. Ensure the effective implementation and tracking of these initiatives. 2. Process Optimization: Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes. Drive the development and improvement of the warehouse process system to enhance efficiency and scalability. 3. Logistics Supplier Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, leveraging high-quality resources for optimal use. This includes managing supplier performance, developing bidding strategies, and addressing service quality issues. 4. Lean Logistics Planning: Take responsibility for the overall planning, solution design, requirement identification, and diagnostics related to lean logistics. Lead the development of feasible plans and ensure their successful implementation. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between upstream and downstream departments, fostering collaboration and synergy to drive the achievement of organizational goals.What do we expect- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. - More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years of project team management experience. - Relevant experience in logistics for manufacturing, particularly in the consumer electronics industry. - Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies, as well as automation and smart equipment. - Proficient in using various data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong connections across teams and with external partners. - Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
