DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Update donor records with information coming from various sources
Assists with donor stewardship and personalized engagement
Verify caseload donors’ birthdays, coordinating personalized communication and ensuring timely outreach
Update Calendars, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and team members regarding any updates
Manage donor care issues using various vendor platforms, including but not limited to Blackbaud CRM, Classy, R360, and Paypoint
Processes items from the Exception Queues (donor correspondence)
Assists with the writing and preparing thank you notes, holiday cards, and other correspondence Provides additional support to the Development team during the Holiday Season or emergency fundraising campaigns
Assist with donor events
Other related duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience as an Administrative Assistant (2 years preferred)
Experience with Non-profit sectors (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft programs
Experience in data entry
SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Detail oriented
Great communication skills
Ability to multi-task
EQUIPMENT USED :
Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
