Job descriptionBoard Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections - REQUIRED Board Certified Board Eligible Controlled Substance (CSR / CDS) DEA Iowa IMLC accepted, OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start), Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Not accepting Locums candidates

Compensation and Benefits :
