A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level problem resolution to inquiries from members, providers, and brokers via telephone
Educate customers on products and contractual provisions, ensuring accurate information delivery
Maintain customer records and participate in ongoing education related to services and industry topics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Less than one year of customer service experience
Preferred : Less than one year experience in a call center or familiarity with medical / insurance terminology
Successful completion of provided training
Demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills
