POSITION PURPOSE :

Are you creative, hardworking, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? We appreciate these qualities at Ntirety and seek a marketing intern who can learn internal tools quickly, create content, and publish on a variety of portals.

Interns work collaboratively with team members to facilitate marketing initiatives and campaigns. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and cross-functional initiatives, as well as an interest in working on high-impact projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Play a role within the marketing team helping to set up, build and track email drip and nurture campaigns.
• Track and document various initiatives including award submissions, blog article and podcast publication processes and the social media calendar.
• Create a marketing guidebook to document internal processes for easy reference.
• Provide support for virtual events.
• Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing.
• Support team members to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
• Complete projects related to content creation, demand generation and social media marketing.
• Use MS Excel to document case studies, win wires and other content formats for tagging in our CMS.
• Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
• Update and maintain project management tool and editorial calendar.
• Support team members with ad hoc tasks as requested.
• Collect performance metrics to measure progress.
• Other tasks as assigned.

PREFERRED Qualifications :

• Proactive desire to go above and beyond role requirements.
• Prior collaboration or personal project management experience
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
• Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges.
• Microsoft Office apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
