Shipping and Receiving- Material Handler

Position Shipping and receiving- material handler, responsible for product flow within the machine shop

Job Location Cedarburg WI

Starting Date Immediate

Employment Term Temp-to-Hire

Work Hours (Shift) 1st shift : Monday-Friday, 6am-2 : 30 pm (Overtime available)

Starting Pay $18 / hr and up (depending on experience)

Required Education High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience Forklift experience required

Primary Job Duties :

Operate the standup forklift to move material

Receive and unload casting from the incoming trucks

Utilize software and / or paper system to track receipt of products

Place product in the storage rack

Remove product from storage rack and place at the machines

Read / follow a bill of materials

Remove and empty chip hoppers

Remove finished casting from machines and stage for warehousing or shipment.

Stand and walk 8 hours a day

Posse good communication and organizational skills

Frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.

Work in a safe manner while maintaining 5s.
