Position Shipping / Receiving Associate

Job Location New Berlin, WI

Employment Term Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift)   1st Shift (6 : 00am 2 : 30pm)

Starting Pay Depends on Experience, $20 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials checking to purchase orders or receiving slips
• Maintain records and prepare receiving reports
• Check quantity, type, size, part numbers, etc. to properly identify materials
• Using fork truck and / or overhead crane to load and unload trucks
• Prepare shipments in accordance with shipping requirements and specifications. Check shipments for correct materials, part numbers, quantity, and piece counts
• Correctly pack and skid shipments, loading and bracing as required and prepare bills of lading and other required forms and shipment reports
