Senior HR Program Manager / Business Partner
Take on a pivotal role as a Senior HR Program Manager / Business Partner and make your mark across our diabetes business teams. As a key driver of HR initiatives, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing employee experiences while accelerating business success. In this dynamic, results-oriented position, you will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to lead transformative programs in talent acquisition, cultural evolution, inclusion, performance and talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to a Senior HR Director, you'll deliver strategic HR partnership and practical support to essential areas like Field Sales in US and Canada, IT, Marketing, and Manufacturing in Northridge, CA. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will empower front-line and mid-level leaders by addressing daily inquiries and preparing them for significant meetings and HR deliverables. Must Have : Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience
Nice to Have - Preferred Qualifications
Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization supporting leadership teams in developing and executing HR programs. Experienced HR professional with a successful track record of implementing HR programs in a fast-paced global business. Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry a plus. Experience working with Commercial and R&D teams a plus. Strong understanding of talent management, development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness best practices. Results orientation meet goals consistently and go beyond them. Demonstrates a high sense of urgency, creativity, & is comfortable leading through ambiguity & managing manage multiple projects. Influencing - Communicates with impact. Uses tailored communication and creates authentic and trusting relationships to influence clients. Solution Orientation able to think beyond own area and apply critical thinking, incorporating both analytical and conceptual abilities. Collaborative - Reaches across boundaries internally and externally to develop and extensive network of partnerships. Experience in a global, matrix management structure, and working with a virtual workforce. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders. Flexible - Demonstrated career flexibility and adaptation skills (e.g., successful industry or company changes with minimal learning curve; cross-cultural experience and flexibility if dictated by scope of organization). Consulting - Strong coaching, consulting and facilitation skills. Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday) and Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $139,200.00 - $208,800.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
